1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a chart, purchasing credits, or interacting with our Telegram Bot, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using all our Services.

2. Description of Services

Astrochronos / Astronex provides astronomical calculations (natal charts, transits, secondary progressions, and compatibility) combined with artificial intelligence to generate personalized psychological interpretations.

3. Account Registration & Telegram Bot Usage

Your account is linked directly to your Telegram profile. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram account. You agree not to:

  • Use automated scripts, bots (other than our official bot API interface), or scrapers to extract data from the website or bot.
  • Attempt to bypass our rate limiters or security protocols.
  • Exploit any bugs or calculation errors to obtain free reports or credits.

4. Credit System & Payments

Certain advanced features (such as detailed transit reports, progression analysis, and asking questions to the AI Astrologer) require virtual credits:

  • Credits can be purchased within the Telegram Bot using Telegram Stars, CryptoBot, or other supported payment gateways.
  • Credits are digital tokens with no real-world monetary value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Refund Policy: All credit purchases are final. Due to the digital nature of the services and immediate consumption of API/computing resources, we do not offer refunds once credits are spent or purchased, except as required by applicable local laws.

5. Intellectual Property

All original software, algorithms, website design, text, branding, and generated report templates are the intellectual property of Astrochronos / Astronex. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and download your personal reports for private, non-commercial use.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astrochronos / Astronex, its developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Services or reliance on any astrological readings or AI-generated advice.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the website or bot after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
