  • Purchased credits didn’t arrive?
    Payments via Telegram Stars or CryptoBot usually sync within 1–2 minutes. If your balance doesn’t update, please wait up to 5 minutes, restart the bot using `/start`, and if that fails, contact Telegram Support with your payment receipt ID.
  • Unable to find my birth city?
    Our database lists thousands of cities globally. If your specific village or town is missing, select the closest larger municipality or administrative center. The minor coordinates shift will not affect the accuracy of your psychological chart interpretation.
  • How do I delete my data?
    We value your privacy. You can clear your data at any time directly through the bot settings, or email support with your Telegram User ID for complete account removal.
